PHALLOPLASTY

The goal of phalloplasty is to transfer enough tissue to the genital area to create a phallus of dimensions similar to an average cisman's penis. The dimensions are made sufficient to allow for placement of an erectile prosthesis to be able to engage in penetrative intercourse. This can be done with our without urethral lengthening.
